While jogging in the 'hood this morning, I saw a cat and was speaking extra loud meow-meow to it (had my earphones in and the new Ray LaMontagne playing) when I looked up and noticed the cat's owner standing in the driveway, coffee cup in hand, watching me.
Big guy. Looked like Mr. Clean.

I'm probably turning into a crazy old cat lady, but I don't think there's anything wrong with a little meow-meow talk to a cat even if owner is looking at you funny. I think it's expected.

I've been caught several times talking to my cat by neighbors. Unfortunately, most of the time they can't see my cat who is 2 floors up on the balcony.

OMG -- I had a real LOL moment here at work thinking about that cat owner drinking coffee and watching you speak to his cat -- in CAT lingo. Too funny!!
Yet, another reason not to read blog posts at work (even if on your 15 minute break). Ah....the wonderful world of cubicles.
