Trolls and Such

Because I've managed to acquire an internet troll-bordering-on-stalker, I have to start moderating comments. So sorry for the inconvenience, but there's no other way to deal with this kind of bully and coward.

I'd like to add that if my stalker has a beef with me and the balls to identify himself, he should take it up with me directly instead of hiding behind blog comments.

And note that I have never written anything or commented on anything without putting my name on it. If it's worth saying, it's worth standing behind.

Wow! Thanx for the lesson. No beef here... How long have you had an infestation?

Oh, this one is left over from the election.

I'm so glad to see you here, ads. I've missed you.

Dear Anon, yes there was another troll--a nasty flamer whose comments I deleted.

I did not delete your comments about my son or the state of America, though I disagreed with both. While I might exploit my children here for laughs, I know my son is a good, sweet boy and (as I've written before) I have as much faith in today's youth as I have in my own generation--which is to say we're human and evolving. I happen to like the world in all its ugly and beauty, but disagree all you want, in my blog and elsewhere. Just tread lightly on my kids. I would add, however, that working at Publix is a worthy endeavor, as is doing any job that is legal and makes you a contributor in this society. We need rocket scientists and cashiers.
