Check out thrift stores in Monroe. I found a Mr. T "Cabbage Patch" doll in one, complete with bling bling. One store had a big collection of those little black boys holding lanterns? I don't remember a Yard Elvis, but who knows? Also, there's one of those yard ornament stores on 78 between Monroe and Snellville I think and a HUGE one on 441 N on the way to Commerce. Good luck!
