What a tearjerker. You know, I grew up in that neighborhood. I can almost smell my old childhood home watching that. I love myself some Friday Nostalgia!
Mr. Rogers is badass. I always loved how he'd change into his sweater and his tennis shoes and then change out of them at the end of the show. I also loved the puppets, especially the one that was a cat or a tiger.
Did you know that His mother hand knit all those sweaters for him? Out of all his brothers and sisters, he was the only one that wanted a zipper stitched in instead of buttons. Kinda neat.
