Yeah. You need a license or training to do ANYTHING, except have and raise kids. That said, I would have probably been denied or revoked for my first two, at least....or been on double, super-secret probation. And MY folks....forgetaboutit..... Live(hopefully) and learn....

Just further evidence that my idea of having to take a parental test before being allowed to procreate is an excellent idea.
