A couple of days ago, I was listening to a new playlist I made of old movie stars, such as Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and Bette Davis. Shirley Temple was singing Animal Crackers when Claire (Hank's assistant, who started at PC around the same time as I did) walked into my office:
Claire: I love this song!
TR: Me too. When I was a kid, I wanted to be Shirley Temple.
I LOVED Shirley Temple...I watched all of those old movies as a child and...though I hesitate to admit this, thereby aligning myself with Tania...I wanted to be Shirley Temple, too...
at first i thought you meant timmy from south park. the retarded kid. but claire is totally timmy from lassie. i've never watched any shirley temple movies, so i can't comment on you being like her or not. i could always identify more with pippi longstocking and B.A. on the "a-team."

Your blog rocks! Hearing that song again made my day.
Thanks for sharing.
where have all the freakin' bloggers gone today? nobody is around to entertain me. and shirley temple doesn't count.
Tania, please direct your loving husband's attention to my blog at your soonest convenience.
Biggy, consider yourself warned.
biggy: don't sweat it. only a part-time football fan like mary would think its insulting.
