The Wonders of Technology

Lo was playing with this text messaging gadget in the backseat on the way home from school yesterday when her friend L--also in the car-- asked her what it was. Not known for her patience with questions, Lo brushed him off with a quick mumbled explanation. Excited by what he heard, L told her, "Tex mex your dad. Tell him he's a knucklehead. Tell him that."

Well, when I was googling for an image of the toy, so I could post another 'out of the mouth of babes,' I came across this much more interesting device:

I had no idea such a thing existed!

Why in the world would I ever take it down?

Besides, I don't think Jennifer has seen it yet, and she should.

Jennifer has probably already bought stock in the company. My question: Where's the butt-plug model for the boys?

This is a fine, fine find, Tania, and don't you let a soul tell you differently!

I'm interested in hearing more about the "quick start card," though, "for ANXIOUS consumers" (emphasis mine). The word "anxious" gives me pause. I'd expect "enthusiastic," or maybe "particularly h-----" (I hate that word!) or some such. But anxious? That's a Southernism, right? As in "I'm really anxious (excited) to get started"? But I guess it means that.

But Collin, you are so right to be anxious about the boy-toy. I think it would be a much bigger seller, personally.

Just from what I've seen.

T, I know you have a birthday coming up. Is this one of your hints for a gift?

Also, when Georgia asked "do you have to leave it up there all day???", I thought she was asking if you needed to leave it up your cootchie all day. Clearly I am the only one around here who understands today's youth.

Button, you should tell everyone your buttplug story...

Clearly, Jennifer. You indeed have your finger or something on the pulse of today's young adults.

And I'm not sure I want to hear Button's story.

LOL, Jennifer!!! You know, I TOTALLY thought of that story, and I swear I'd post it on my blog if Amber did not read it!!! But I just can't.....

But just for the record, Tania, it was not MY butt that was plugged, in the story!!

It is a finely-woven tale. You'll have to make plans for dinner again!
