That pretty much sums it up, doesn't it? Although I think McCain was really targeting the James Dobsons of the world. From interview this morning on ABC -- Asked about Palin's national security experience, Cindy McCain could not come up with anything beyond the fact that, after all, her state is right next to Russia. "You know, the experience that she comes from is, what she has done in government -- and remember that Alaska is the closest part of our continent to Russia." Hard to believe that after 8 years of Bush anyone would fall for this, but it looks like the base is fired up.
Hilarious and on the money!
It IS hilarious, but not completely. There are actually people that think that way, and it seems pretty obvious that McCain is using her for just such an effect. The panel on Bill Maher said "ignore her at your own peril"....Obama needs to stay sharp. (as we well know)Anything can happen in politics.
Idiot, GOSH! Too bad the vast majority of Americans are severely challenged....
hate to say this, but I like her...think she is a super smart pick and I think it is completely ironic that Obama supporters are arguing about her lack of experience. I don't agree with her on issues of social importance at all but do agree that with her on government reform, a decrease in spending and REDUCING the size of government. There, I said it.
. . . the "love pita" ????? . . . tff - thanks, T
